HEAVY-DUTY DESIGN FOR LARGER WORK LOADS WITH A MORE COMPACT DESIGN
Blue Wave's Ultrasonic Clean and Two-Stage Rinse systems are ideal for cleaning large components or large batches of smaller parts. Their rugged design incorporates a heavy 11-gauge stainless steel tank with integrally welded (bottom or side) magnetostrictive diaphragms - creating an ultrasonic cleaning system designed for decades of industrial-duty use. The compact design features one ultrasonic cleaning chamber and two rinse chambers in a single unit. Rinses can be configured as individual chambers (allowing the addition of rust inhibitor in the final rinse) or as a two-stage counterflow system.
