Blue Wave Ultrasonics’ Large Tank Systems’ rugged ultrasonic cleaning system design incorporates a heavy 11 gauge stainless steel tank with integrally welded (bottom and/or side) magnetostrictive diaphragms – creating an ultrasonic cleaning system designed for decades of industrial-duty use. Cleaning chambers are available in four standard sizes and can be custom designed to your exact application or specifications in excess of 1,000 Gallons. Ideal for cleaning large components or large batches of smaller parts that can be combined with matching rinse tanks and dryers to meet a variety of process applications.
