Blue Wave Utility System’s rugged design incorporates a heavy 11 gauge stainless steel tank with integrally welded (bottom and/or side) magnetostrictive diaphragms – creating an ultrasonic cleaning system designed for decades of industrial-duty use.
Cleaning chambers are available in four standard sizes, and can be custom designed to your exact application or specifications in excess of 1,000 Gallons.
Ideal for cleaning large components or large batches of smaller parts, these systems can be configured either singly or with Blue Wave’s matching UR Series Rinse Tanks and UD Series Dryer to meet a variety of process applications.
Model UC-2536 and larger comes standard with Generator Control Enclosure for housing the generator and system control components. Optional closed-loop air conditioner provides NEMA-12 integrity to the Enclosure for use in harsh environmental locations.
