Ultrasonic Detergents

An essential component in any cleaning process is the use of the most effective cleaning solution.
Blue Wave offers the latest in environmentally safe, water-based ultrasonic cleaning formulations to remove soils from a wide variety of metal, plastic, ceramic or glass parts — without the use of solvents or harmful chemicals. Custom chemicals are also available for the most demanding applications. Please click on the links below for more information on Blue Wave’s ultrasonic detergent line.

COMPARE OUR DETERGENTS to other ultrasonic detergent brands:
1. Blue Wave has 6 decades of experience formulating the most effective detergents for every application. Our knowledge is your advantage.
2. Blue Wave ultrasonic detergents are the most highly concentrated on the market. All ultrasonic detergents on the market are added to water in an ultrasonic tank. Blue Wave’s detergents are so highly concentrated that it typically requires only 3% detergent, whereas all other detergent manufacturers require their mix to be close to 10%. Obviously 5 gallons of their concentrated detergent may be a little cheaper than 5 gallons of ours, but ours will last 60% to 70% longer.

The premier all purpose cleaner for ultrasonic cleaning equipment. This neutral pH compound is a highly effective combination of several powerful detergents, wetting agents, chelating agents and emulsifiers. 25-I improves cavitation performance. It is a highly effective general purpose ultrasonic cleaning solution.
